The staff is very friendly, and Louis (the owner) goes out of his way for all his clients. They make you feel like family and make you feel very safe dealing with COVID 19 in the world. I have never been to a better and cleaner place than Romance Nails. Thank you for all that you do. This is my new home!!!

I started going to lexi nails when the fist open and i loved it--then i guess management changed and new employees are there--the one gentleman that I usually go to is ok and does a pretty good jobon my last visit-- i had a new set done a new employee stated on my nails but he guy i usually goto finished I noticed when i got home that the white tips were placed to far down on my nail leaving allot of the white and not enough pink . I was going to church and did not have time to go back that day.the next day after work i went by-- to tell them i was not happy with my nails.i felt since the guy that usually does my nails should have notice this i wanted my money back.I was told ok but let me cut you nails down. I was thinking he meant to make them look better.But he was cutting my nails way down--when i asked him what he was doing-- he repliedyou are not happy with my work and you want your money back, in order for refund i need to undo my work
