Established in 1969, Regency Place Elementary School is a learning center that provides educational services to more than 450 students in prekindergarten through fifth grade. It is a part of the North East Independent School District, which is one of the largest school districts in Texas with a combined enrollment of nearly 61,000 students in over 65 educational institutions. Regency Place Elementary School offers a Limited English Proficient program, which encourages competency in the comprehension, speaking, reading and composition of the English language. The school maintains a parent-teacher association that provides support and assistance to the school by organizing various fundraising events and activities, as well as provides scholarships to students. Located in San Antonio, Regency Place Elementary School also operates a student council that promotes leadership and citizenship among students and keeps faculty and students working together on school projects.
