I do NOT recommend this place! NO A/C or Heat. Apt is hot hot hot during summer and cold during winter. Mold, gas leaks, few outlets, dog feces everywhere, noisy neighbors, ceiling leaks, poor maintenance (very creepy), parking is a nightmare, no reasoning as to who gets assigned parking.Some tenants have 2 or more dogs in a one bedroom that bark a lot, owners are horrible, management is too. No fire alarms, washers rarely work and are filthy from tenants who have dogs, old neighbors always watching and listen and spreading gossip about other tenants. Worse place ever. old man in 6D shot himself. Another tenant had over 30 cats in his apt for yrs. Others are hoarders. The coolest residents have already moved out.
