Receptionist was unprofessional and not helpful. She carried on a personal non-business related conversation with another employee while she was supposed to be logging me in. Since I had three doctors appointments coming up in a one week period, I requested that she send copies to those doctors. She refused stating that it needed to be in the orders. We requested that the results be sent to me. She refused stating the privacy act. The privacy act in no way prohibits sending lab results to the patient having lab work done.

The blonde front desk woman was so rude! She can laugh and be friendly with the staff but when it comes to the patients, she is cold. She ordered me around telling me to hurry up and not to leave until she said so. She wouldn't even make eye contact. I could hear her whispering about patients. Very unprofessional. I tried being friendly with all the staff but they were also rude. It shows that they don't love what they do. I will not return!
