(07/03/12) I took my daughter's sprint phone in to have it serviced, due to a couple of weeks ago, her power button on her original phone did not work. They completely swapped the phone out, giving another phone, however it had a couple of issues with it. (We live in Stockdale, so limitations held us from bring it back sooner). Today, the 1st representative (Irma) was adamant there's nothing sprint could do for me. So I proceeded to walk over to Rudy (the person who helped me a couple of weeks ago, which has great customer courtesy) and he helped take the phone over to Kevin (repair depot mgr) and together with awesome teamwork and giving several possible suggestions of resolutions; Kevin took the phone back to the depot and brought out a used lens that he thought was in good shape and would take care of the problem, and he asked me to look at it and get my approval. Kevin then took apprx 10 mins to repair, brought out the phone, demonstrated the fixed phone. Kudos to Rudy and Kevin!!
