I recently bought my HK 45 over the phone and it was such a quick, ease and painless experience. When I went to pick it up, they signed me on the express list and within a few minutes I was out with my new baby and a couple of boxes of ammo. Keep up the good work

I had both Henry and Jesse help me with my transaction. Both are very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend if Nagel's has the item you are looking call and purchase it on line. It really is that easy. If you see the item on line but it is not available, then click on notify me as they will let you know when one comes in. Now people have complained about the wait in the store. There is a little wait, but too me they have a good system that works really well. The main thing is they have people working and they are open for us! Also, everyone is friendly and I never felt as though they were rushing me to get out. I was able to shop around while I was waiting for my approval. I would highly recommend Nagel's!

I went to Nagels for the first time during one of the most ..if not just the HOLY GRAIL...of bad times for purchasing a gun in this coubtry...and I have to say with all the face mask requirements...to the 2 hour or more wait due to high demand on all 2 admendment right newcomers...finally waking up from that coma they where in...welcome by the way...lol...to people like myself who has been a proud NRA member since 2006...but through it all...the fine gentlemen at Nagels....have sted fast at being....courteous...friendly....and have been the best quality customer service over EVERYONE ELSE in their field....and this is coming from not only a AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN...I know shocked readers now??? ..well I am also a member of NARDIS GUN CLUB ..and Thanks to the IGNORANT treatment...and mansplaining...I got at NARDIS....I found NAGELS...so I thank them for that...but also I thank NAGELS for saving me soooo much money....because my $700 dollar membership to NARDIS..will never be renewed.....Thank you again NAGELS....and unlike the FAKE reviews NARDIS has....this one is REAL people

Great staff. Very patient and informative when buying a weapon that is new to the customer. It's a long drive from Helotes, but worth the trip. Pandemic procedure makes it difficult to relax and browse, because do many were waiting to get inside.

After hearing great reviews about Nagles through word of mouth from friends, I decided to stop by for a purchase. It was my first time here, but I walked up, the door was locked, and someone quickly unlocked it and popped out to take down my name and number, but this is for providing a normal shopping experience while social distancing rules are applied. So it was a small wait, but thats pretty standard now with popular places... (Peep the apple stores right now, that line was bonkers). I waited in my car, in the cool AC, and about 15ish mins later, they call me up and tell me it's my turn to go in. Once in, it's pretty much normal shopping. The people working here were great. Mark helped me about, and was great. Provided great info and helped me with my purchase.

Went in to Nagel's Gun Shop today. I went in expecting to just be able to look around since it was 5:20pm and they close at 6pm. The place was packed because of all the political nonsense going on with buying weapons nowadays. Even though they were packed a young guy named Bill took the time to show me different rifles and accessories and really gave me good info to make my purchase. Needless to say, I made a purchase and was in and out before 6pm and in full compliance with our overlords laws and demands. Thanks Bill. Great job. I'll be back for several accessories and some ammo. Nagel's is my gun store now.

There is not another gun store like this in all of Bexar County and few places like this in Texas. This was my first visit to Nagel's , and it certainly won't be my last; the aisles and shelves were filled to overflowing with every manner of firearm , accessories, holsters, hunting gear, hats, pieces and parts, scopes slings , scabbards, everything you can imagine related to firearms. New firearms, used firearms, museum pieces, etc, etc, etc.! I can't believe I've been here for 25 years and I've never been to an Nagel's ! This will be my gun store for the future! This is the place you want to go for your guns. They actually have an extremely well stocked storefront. Purchased two firearms from them and was very satisfied with my purchases. Fast Eddie is the MVP of this place. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I wanted to compare several different carry pieces side by side to help me decide which one would best fit my needs and he accommodated me with no fuss. I will not hesitate to buy from these guys again and will be recommending them to friends who are looking to buy. Ask for Fast Eddie!
