I was unable to get to this order and I am sorry. If I had been there when you came by I would have done them right then. In this case I must give myself only one star, I did try to accommodate you.

On Monday, I asked him if we could have our flashlights engraved by 3:00 Wednesday - they were to be gifts to the employees - he said yes - when I dropped them off, I again discussed having them by 3:00 Wednesday - he was okay with that. When I went to pick up the flashlights - he was not there, the flashlights had not been engraved. They were still on the same table - didn't even look like he looked at them. Of course, it is too late now to get them done before Christmas. I don't understand why he agreed to the job if he was not going to do them......
