The customer service at Lowes on Auston Highway is so bad. At 8:30 p.m., when there are few customers, I am trying to find an item. I FINALLY get someone to help me. He points out the box, which is, btw, 6 feet tall. He does not offer to help me carry it to the checkout nor does anyone offer to help me with it to my car. If it was busy, I would understand. This has traditionally been my experience at Lowes so I usually cringe when told that Lowes is where I need to go.
