Worst customer service ever...I was waiting for a cashier with my items right by the register.. the workers saw me and didnt bother to ask me anything just kept talking. I than asked after awhile if somebody could help and they told someone and that person still kept talking instead of attending me the customer. When I let them know the lady completely ignored me and said I should just be patient and wait. Instead of realizing they are there because of paying customers.

This place I will not recommended for tuxedo rental, pants are torn, ties don't are different tone of color from vest. They don't apologize very rude.

There service is not good they see you standing there and don't bother asking for help and when I did ask they would forget or just not meet you at your needs. They need more help because there always so busy. I don't recommend this place to anyone you should spend your money on some place where your treated and a companied good!

Why doesn't anyone pick up the phone?

We've been looking for quite a few weeks for the perfect communion dress for my daughter. Just looking one evening we happened upon Letty's on Military. I was pleased from the time I walked in by smiling helpful staff. The staff greeted me first thing and offered to helped. They assisted as we looked through dresses and even if they did step away to help another client would come back as soon as possible to check in with us. My daughter (who is very picky on her clothing style) informed me she loved the dresses. We arae also able to alter the dress at the same store. Thank you staff of Letty's Briday for a wonderful experience. I have 3 daughters and will be sure to make your stores are first stop from now on.

I went to Lettys to rent a tuxedo for my sons prom, the tux & shoes were $68.00. I will NEVER go to Lettys again. You get what you pay for. The jacket had a huge hole in the back, they gave me another jacket & it was missing a button in the front & the shirt was missing a button the the sleeve! The service was terrible, I waited 1 hour to get the tux and nobody there speaks english. If you need a tuxedo for a special occasion....beware if you get it from Lettys!

I had my daughter's Quince about 4 yrs. ago. I bought her dress from them and had no trouble whatsoever, They had good customer service and I also bought other things for her table decorations and someone always helped me with whatever I needed. Overall had good experience with them. I have a sweet sixteen for my other daughter comming up soon so I plan to go back and see them. I'm sure they will take care of me like they always have. Will come back and comment on how it goes.

Bought my daughters Quincenera Gown 4 months ago and left it there to be dry cleaned. They told me to go back around 4 months before her Quincenera so that they can have it altered. Well the time has not come just yet but I did go back to the store to look at her dress so that I may match up other colors with the beading. I was told that the back was locked and that they would give me a call the next day to inform me of my daughters gown. It is going on two weeks and I have heard NOTHING.....I just tried calling and nobody picks up the phone. I showed a picture to another botique and they asked me if they provided a petticoat for her at the time of trying on the dress. No they didn't. These are things I expect them to know because I'm the expert, I AM THE CUSTOMER. We were on our own in picking out the dress and trying it on. Now we don't even know where her dress is at. Very Poor Service in that department.

never enough help there..expect to wait.VERY Rare that someone who speaks english there to help you out.If there is something u like get it then cuz when u go back probably wont b there.Good ideas there usually.
