Horrible! They never answer their phones, they don't reply to their emails and if you go down in person the wait can take hours! Extremely unorganized... Order was not sent when supposed to...they should be embarrassed to be running a business so poorly!

JUST NOT HAPPY with this company at all. Placed and order for a packet and was paid in full back in Dec. and they still cant seem to deliver the packet due to the fact that the times were printed wrong. JUST NOT ON TOP OF THEIR ORDERS.

These people are completely lost. We ordered a ring and hoodie from them about 2 months ago, and according to their customer service people, the order still has not been processed. The hoodie was supposed to have been delivered at least 6 weeks ago. Not only has it not been delivered, they have lost her size and will not refund the money. Stay away if possible.
