Unqualified Auto Care. The Jiffy Lube Pledge is "false." Jiffy Lube will never charge you for services that you have not authorized or that were not "completed properly." I had my oil changed there and they installed a filter that was the wrong size. My oil light started coming on so I went back to Jiffy Lube to see if they had installed a wrong oil filter. Their answer was I needed to replace my oil pump. I went to another garage who verified that it was the wrong oil filter. I had to buy a new filter and pay to have it installed. My concern here is if Jiffy Lube is cutting corners and installing the wrong filters; how many other people have been hurt by this. I came close to having other work performed like replacing an oil pump. That expense alone would have been more costly than an oil change. Since this has happened I wonder how many other consumers weren't so lucky and had other maintenance work performed not realizing it was their oil filter.

worst service ever, they forgot about me in the waiting room, they just left my car parked with my keys in the ignition, I was there for 45 min for ann oil change and I was the only one there!!! bad service, find another
