My son bought a new car from Ingram Park IPAC dealership and service was awful. It was his decision but I was against it due to lack of professionalism and dealing with salesmen with no customer service and no class. Then on 7/28/15 he went to their service dept for a safety recall and had the unfortunate encounter with Mark Mendoza. This man was rude and had no interest in helping a young man. He does not belong in a place that deals with customers. I'm sure this is not the first time he has been rude and unprofessional. I found out he does not work for Ingram, he works for Benson Enterprises-- shame on them for keeping this guy on payroll. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place for as long as this guy is employed there. My 20 yr old son was upset and didn't know what to do. He did get help from another employee and I will write a follow up review on her to praise her for all her efforts. As for mark Mendoza, I hope the right people see my review and you are talked to about your rudeness and your lack of professionalism. Any employer who keeps guys like you on payroll should know and decide if they really want someone like YOU representing THEM.

This place has the worst customer service. You never get updates from service reps. I had roadside pick car up and dropped off at Ingram Park. I hope they get better service advisers. BEWARE

Service is good , but sales pepole don't tell you if the car you are getting has been in an accident; if you don't ask.

Don't buy a car with out a carfax report . We bought a car here and paint on one side of the car is starting to peel off 3 months later .

Our salesman was LEN DOWLING.
