The owner & the insurance agent not only do they treat us like crap but they charge us with crazy charges that we were never told like after hrs charge when it was only 3pm extra charge because It was a new car from a car lot and never told us about it until I call the main company and ask them how much I was getting back because I didn't wanted their insurance and they say nothing because we only pay them for the monthly due, then I said no we pay $105.00 plus $135.00 then she asked how did you get your policy with us? And I said thru this Insure One so she ask me for the number and she call and talk to a woman there and she told her It's because it was after hrs and also it was thru a car dealer ship so $0.00 money will be giving to us back so we try to contact the owner of Insure one a for a week with no success finally we got a phone call from him and he asked if we knew about the charges and I try to answer to him but he was so rude and didn't let me talk and he said I'm hangin up
