Was the most awful dining experience of my life. Started off bad with the hostess who was quoting everyone 5-10 minutes for 20-30 minute waits. Then when I went to check how much longer, I saw she had written down the wrong number of people for my party so I tried to correct her and she rudely yelled at me in front of everyone else waiting. Should have been my first clue to how we were going to be treated by the rest of the rude and clueless staff. When we were finally sat by her we sat and waited about 20 minutes for anyone to greet us at our table. Other people in the section around us got up and left before they even got greeted. When we finally got the waitress over and asked her why she kept looking at us but never came over, she was unapologetic and rude.It took 10 more minutes to get our drinks. She took our order and told us our food would be right out. We sat there for an hour without refills and our food was still not there. We finally flagged her down by shouting "hello" and waving our hands at her. We asked her to get the manager. He came over and he was apparently clueless, he was unapologetic and could barely speak english. Apparently they lost our order ticket. Where do they get these people? They then brought out my sons food first which was a waffle. It was hard as a rock and burned. Then the waitress ran back over and screamed at my mother looking all crazy "How were your eggs?" My mom look confused so I answered the crazy eyed waitress that they were scrambled. The waitress continually kept telling us how understaffed they were, which is frankly not my problem. If they can't handle business on a wednesday morning I can't imagine how terrible service is on Sunday mornings. A male waiter came out with my mother and I's food. My waffle was burnt even more. I told him my waffle is burnt, and he asked me well did you specify how you wanted your waffle cooked. I didn't know I should have to SPECIFY if I wanted my waffle NOT BURNT! like really? Then he said well I'm not a cook. We had to get the manager to bring me a new one and that one was falling apart. The people in the table next to us were complaining that their pancakes were not cooked at all and that their hashbrowns were burnt to a crisp. And an old couple next to us that was too nice to make a fuss quietly told us that her funnel cake was as hard as a brick. So not only was the service rude, slow and neglectful but the food was terrible. The manager tried to charge my mother full price until she threatened to call the GM or owner of the location. Needless to say we will NEVER be back, actually this place has ruined all ihops for me...

One of the employees coming in to pick up his check cut me off as I was going into a parking spot. The food was horrible, and the waitress brought the drinks to the wrong people multiple times.
