Provided by YP.comRUDE & RECKLESS SERVICE EMPLOYEES - SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE - - - - - Well several weeks back I had a run in with a Gunn service tech right at the YIELD SIGN there just out of their dealership by Toys R Us & Costco. First let me say, if you work there and you're just leaving work I don't understand HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW OR SEE A BIG YIELD SIGN there? Especially when you work there and the sign's been there since the on ramp was made. Anyway, the guy didn't bother yielding for the car in front of me and myself. I almost hit him and he had the nerve to honk at me? Like its my fault that YOU DIDN'T YIELD? SERIOUSLY? As I was going on the access road there, he pulled next to me and we're both had slowed down & yelling at each other, etc. I let him know that there was a yield sign back there, as well as I've got him on video coming out from work, the big yield sign, etc… - - - - - The Gunn service tech is driving a Scion XB in maroon color. (not sure why he's not driving a Honda, but that's another story) So I went in that afternoon and talked to a couple of the service managers there and let them know what had happened with their employee a few mins ago, let them know I've got the video if they want to see it, and I showed them photos of the car and person driving it. They immediately knew who that was and I simply asked them to talk to that employee. I gave them my phone number for a request of when they have looked into this matter as when an employee of theirs is wearing their uniform, they represent Gunn. I have even emailed the service supervisor and in total it's been over 3 weeks now, still have not received a phone call or email back. To me that just shows a lack of leadership and if they are allowing their employees to run around like this, WHY WOULD I WANT TO BUY A CAR FROM GUNN? I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM GUNN IF THIS IS HOW THEY RUN THEIR BUSINESS AND EMPLOYEES. - - - - - I would suggest people go buy your car from a business that handles their employees and that has the leadership and courtesy to follow up with concerned citizens.

Provided by YP.comThis is the first dealer/ service shop I have ever seen that does not have loaner cars while your vehicle is in service. Also, I purchased a 2008 Honda Accord in June 2008 from Gunn Honda and the radio, sound system, display of time and direction are inoperable and the brakes are squeeking (since I have nothing else to listen to). Have to go through the rest of the week in silence since they can't offer a loaner car to go to and from work. Still not sure how a dealership service shop doesn't offer loaner cars and I shouldn't be having any problems with a brand new car within the first 5 months of ownership...

I bought it that same night!!!!!!! Eddie gave us a tour of Gunn and made us feel so welcome. Scott Snelgrove helped us with the financing and was so caring, attentive, funny, sympathetic, and professional! My teenage daughter was with me during the sale and even she commented about having felt included, whereas other dealerships have made her felt "ignored or like a child." Gunn has a two more loyal customers for life. Thank you!!!
