We strive to do our very best and can only apologize if you received less than what you expected. We always offer free reservices and do not charge if you are not satisfied. In almost 2 years open at this location, we have had very few complaints, for the thousands that we have served, and are proud of our reputation. My information is always available, should a client wish to speak with me and report any unsatisfactory services or experiences. This type of criticism, in a public forum, can be very destructive and I don't know why someone would want to destroy a small business with such comments. You have the right to your opinion, we respect that, and realize that we are not perfect, but can assure you that we strive to be the best we can. I would hope that you would give us antoher try, knowing that we are all human and sometimes judge others at a level we would never want ourselves to be judged at in our own work environment.
