Dr. Nwelue completed medical school at the University of Texas Health Center in San Antonio, TX and finished his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX. He is fellowship trained in Adult Reconstruction/Joint Replacement by Hoag Orthopaedic Institute in Irvine, CA.
