Thomas A. Edison High School, located in San Antonio, offers an extensive curriculum for students in grades nine through 12. The school has an enrollment of more than 1,600 students and is affiliated with the San Antonio Independent School District. It offers a wide range of courses, including English, foreign language, mathematics, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, physics, chemistry, biology, social studies, economics, fine and practical arts, and health and physical education classes. The school has a career and college center that assists students in planning for the future. It also provides various organization and clubs that include mathematics and engineering club, decathlon, student council and the National Honor Society. Thomas A. Edison High School has a theater arts department that produces various theaters, plays and musical productions and presents them at its auditorium.
