Located in San Antonio, Dwight Middle School serves more than 700 students in grades six through eight. The school has several departments, such as health, history, language arts, mathematics, physical education, reading, science and special education. It also offers a range of sports programs, including volleyball, basketball, soccer, track, football and basketball. The school has various clubs and groups, such as stock market game, science club, yearbook, the National Honor Society and cheerleaders and mascots. It additionally has a parent-teacher association that organizes various fundraising programs and activities. The school s library offers a wide collection of books, journals, periodicals, atlases, dictionaries and newspapers. Dwight Middle School is affiliated with the South San Antonio Independent School District.
