General Info
Dr. Edmondson is a native of Houston, TX and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Human Biology. She then attended The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston where she received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery. After graduation from dental school, Dr. Edmondson completed three years of post-graduate surgical training and received her Masters in Periodontics from The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston. During her time at UT Houston, she completed research pertaining to implants in the esthetic zone. Dr. Edmondson received the American Academy of Periodontics Dental Student Award for outstanding achievement in Periodontics. Dr. Edmondsons professional affiliations include the American Academy of Periodontology, the Academy of Osseointegration, Southwest Society of Periodontists, the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the San Antonio District Dental Society. Her special interests include esthetic periodontology and the treatment of peri-implantitis. Dr. Edmondson enjoys educating patients to help them make informed decisions about their oral health. Dr. Edmondson and her husband, Stephen Countryman, reside in central San Antonio with their two dachshunds. In her free time, her interests outside of dentistry include gardening, hiking, and wildlife conservation.

The experience starts when you walk in the door. The office is beautiful but the staff is amazing greeting you with a smile. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be attended to and with so much professionalism.
Dr Edmondson is so sweet and explains everything her nurse is always nice and offers you water and/or blank to make you even more comfortable. I highly recommend this practice

My issue was described to me in terms I could easily understand. The procedure unfolded as described and each step was described as the procedure progressed. There were no surprises and the whole experience was professional -- the doctor and the office staff.
