      Fraud charges.

      I went to get a vision exam for contact lenses which is 100% covered by my insurance, but since I mentioned I might be interested in contact lenses, he decided to charge me $20 dollars out of my pocket. I indicated this did not make sense as the vision exam and fitting for the contact lenses is the same and I am not even buying the lenses from him.

      I'm appalled by this fraud and abuse.
