My experience with Dr. Heliodoro Boone, was bad. He performed a surgery on my neck because I had a swelling. The scar stuck to the muscle in my neck and where the catheter was for the draining the scar is still there. Dr. Boone told me personally he was going to fix it because the surgery was not well done and that he would do it in his office. He never bothered to answer my calls and the only person I could talk to was his nurse, Julie, who in the end told me Dr. Boone said he was not doing anymore minor surgeries unless I went to ambulatory, and that he was not going to perform the minor surgery he said was going to do. I will never recommend him. He was totally lacking in professionalim and ethics.
