We are a braiding & weaving salon located in San Antonio, Texas and have been styling men, women and children at our location for 6 years. Really don't want to give them 1 star I'm being generous right now first off I went in and showed them a style asked could they do it they said yes and quoted me a price so I went to the hair store to purchase the hair got back and they had people in the chair. No trips since I was free for the moment ........ Fast forward I get in the chair she says starts to braid my hair it was loose as hell and I told her I wanted my hair to last she said ok ok got done and the price had changed so I 80 bucks for 3 braids, two days later my hair in the front was lifting and the back just wasn't even in the braid needless to say 8 days later my hair is no longer braided I will not ever and I STRESS EVER go back to this place a waist of time and money!!!
I got my hair braided at Divas on July5th. First a braider started but could not speak english. She proceeded to braid my hair loosely even after I told them during the consultation that I was leaving for and extended vacation and would be doing various water activities. Then after having the bad braid removed (NOT) the price went up from 160 to 180. then to 200. In the end my hair looked like a mullet and I was very unhappy. I then went back on the 6th for repair which took an additional 2hrs. I left another $20. I then left for my trip on the 8th. my hair barely got wet in the shower and pool. Never once submerging my hair. the majority of the braids in the back of my hair began to slip off. By night end more than half of my hair was on the floor or sink of my hotel. I had to wear this mess on my head for approx 15 days before I was able to locate another braider in a foreign country to fix my hair. So beware of this place if u plan to wet or even enjoy your braids.
