THE FIRST STEP in successful counseling is choosing the appropriate counselor. Before you make an appointment call me and I will explain the basics of choosing a counselor. I will explain how counseling works. I will explain treatments for martial problems, stress, depression and anxiety. I also will explain neurofeedback treatments for ADD/ADHD, addictions depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress and optimum performance. I have over 30 years experience as a counselor, and I will answer as many of your questions as possible. I am dedicated to helping you find the professional guidance you need, regardless of your circumstances.
