I do NOT recommend, poor turn around time - weeks. Plus, after they replaced parts they claimed the printer was non-repairable and refused to return the printer unless we paid for the parts. If they can't fix it and parts were used, non-repair should be no charge.

Charges Not To Fix Printer & Poor Service - After I did not hear from them in almost two weeks, I contacted them to check on the status of the repair. I Was told printer needed part to repair. Then told another part would fix printer. After almost 4 weeks & $300.00 spent, was told printer not repairable. Bring a check & pick up worthless machine.
