This owner/company has the driveway guarantee. When he drives away so does his guarantee. You WILL NOT get ?CUSTOMER SERRVICE? from this company. The owner is to busy telling you how great his work is and how other companies has his work on their web page that he doesn?t listen to your requests/desires. We compromised a lot through out this project and paid him when he asked for money without hesitation in good faith that the job would be completed to our satisfaction. When there is a problem he takes his money and runs. He will not return our phone call or has never offered to resolve the problem. We have a counter top with two different textures on it and it is very noticeable so now we have to find another company to fix his mistake. I advise that you keep looking?.if you do employ him do not pay upfront?only after the project is completed to your satisfaction and get every detail in writing before starting the project.

Absolutely the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. Bill Weichert failed to show up at scheduled appointments at least 20 times (that's not an exageration), failed to complete a job started 4 months ago, left my sidewalks with a horrible patchwork of yellow and gray epoxy coatings, removed wood from all the expansion joints and just left them empty. Four months later he is still jerking me around - failed to show up for THREE scheduled appointments just this past weekend. I am frustrated beyond belief. This guy is a theif.
