I moved my daughter n grand baby. I think there was a leak from a 2nd floor. They told us the apartmentwas ready. After theybgave us the key. 3 maintance guys were working on it. The apartment wasnt evev ready. The rug was soaked n smelled. I agree theres mold and all.but when it comes to collect the rent,you cant pass the 3rd. They dont want us to break the lease. They charge for leavingIearly. Think about it b4 moving in.

I would not recommend these apartments to no body. They never had a steady maintenance person. They are unorganized but when it comes to rent time they are on top of you like white on rice. I've had a leak for months ceiling finally fell through because of the water from an upstairs apartment there's mildew and mold. Its a health hazard again I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND LIVING HERE !!! The only reason it got a one star is because it wouldn't let me submit my review. Otherwise it gets no stars
