We put a twist on your typical boxing class and high-intensity interval training to make sure you're getting a great workout, no matter your fitness level. We offer 50-minute classes that will push you to your limits, leaving you feeling tired but restored both mentally and physically. Our gyms have the most up-to-date technologies, so you can track every workout, every time. Each class has an experienced coach to push you, but also make sure you're staying safe with proper technique. Plus, they make each CLASS really fun!
