Autumn Bridge is a program at Amber Oaks and is designed to serve individuals with disabilities. It has a team of trained staff members who provide rehabilitation and support services. The program addresses neurological and psychological needs of residents. In addition, it offers special programs for the development of emotional, social and behavioral learning skills of residents. Amber Oaks offers a variety of services, including assisted living, adult day care and independent living. It provides several opportunities for residents to meet and socialize with one another through special events, activities, clubs and ongoing cultural enrichment programs. Autumn Bridge is located in San Antonio.
