i.This property is old and poorly insulated, in the winter the down stairs area gets unbearably cold. The sliding glass doors as well as all of the windows are very drafty and need to be replaced. The plumbing and piping needs to be replaced. Had to have the maintenance to clear the drains on more than two occasions. Valves on the toilets upstairs had to be replaced more than once, and they painted right over the tile in the baths instead of replacing old molded tiles. The management is hardly ever on the property and hard to reach. The maintenance is ok but there is only so much you can do to an old worn out property. The water bill is divided up among every one on the property whether you use it or not, my bill more than doubled in less than a year. As far as the security there is none and the gate is almost always open. Don't be fooled by the cosmetics as there are some upgrades but these apartments need to be gutted and redone.
