We are a small, family owned, independent FULL SERVICE real estate firm located in northwest San Antonio, convenient to Six Flags, Fiesta Texas, SeaWorld and military bases. As an independent real estate firm we are able to PROVIDE ALL THE SERVICES of the national corporate firms, yet not be governed by a "corporate doctrine". This means that we are: •free to devote more time to each home buyer or home seller as there is no agent quota to be met •free to perform detailed analysis on home values to insure that value to both the buyer and seller is appropriate and accurate •free to act independently on your behalf throughout the complete transaction We have a large PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BRANCH and are well qualified in managing rental properties for the out-of-town or out-of-country owners and assisting rental home seekers find the best possible home within their means.
