Blanco bbq is catering our wedding outside of sa. I went to pay my remaining balance and was surprised when they tried to charge me $300 more then my remainder. I talked to the catering sales rep Stephanie Medelez and she stated that because of the venue and guest list they had to add additional servers. She then emailed me a different contract then we initially signed. It even had a different meat choice. I explained to her that we already agreed on the venue, guest count, and price when we signed contract and gave a $1500 deposit. The wedding venue works with blanco often. I emailed her the contract and receipt and she refused to honor it. So if the customer backs out then blanco bbq keeps your deposit, but apparently they are not required to honor their contracts. Terrible business.

This is the worst BBQ place within 500 miles!! There is NO chance that we will ever go there again! 1). The sausage had an awful odor, grinding was not like anything we have seen, so the texture can not be explained, and it tasted the way it smelled!! 2). The catfish was so over cooked the coating was rock hard and the fish had no flavor. 3). The potato salad was over powered by a huge quantity of mayo, likely be better off eating mayo right from the jar - inedible to say the least. 4). The pinto beans had so much jalapeño it too was inedible. 5). Had go back 3 times to get enough butter and cheese for the gigantic baked potato.

On top of all that, we barely made it home before projectile ejecting all over ourself and uncontrollable diarrhea flooded our carpeting!!!

If you try it, I pray you will have better luck than we had!!

Cajun BBQ sauce it's too die for. BBQ ribs are excellent! I shall return.

Had take-out recently, and the meal was excellent.

$30.00 2 plates tiny portions even smaller sides. The brisket was good, but for price you get more at bill millers. The building is nice I told cashier it was our 1st time so treat us her best! I guess the 1st will be the last and wasted another 30$ just like the Porky js food truck they both take advantage and have no clue how to do it up Memphis or TEXAS style. Dont waste your time or $$$

Finally a BBQ place in San Antonio worthy!. Great prices, speed of service( place was busy, but it was worth the wait!)

Went here for opening day. Everything was great some of the best pulled pork I've ever had. I will be back often.
