Established in 1978, Big State Produce Co. is a HACCP certified processing facility for fruits and vegetables. The processing plant cuts and packages fruits and vegetables for the government and other local food service account. It has nearly 18,600 square feet of refrigerated units and office space. Big State Produce Co's services include purchase and distribution of wholesale fresh vegetables and fruits, storing products for customers lacking refrigerated or dry space storage, recondition product for distributors and growers.
