5 visits and two months later and still no crown. Shot novocaine in my tongue causing numb tongue for three weeks. He used permanent cement for a temporary crown causing great pain and difficulty to remove. The dental assistant scraped raw tooth for an hour & crown did not fit. Called lab and was told crown was not all gold but gold dipped. Looked brassy not like my other gold crown. I called office to ask about it and was yelled at by him and told to stay off of the Internet and don't call the lab. Turned out they usually use someone local to do their gold work but this was sent to Seattle instead with a 25 day wait. Lab said it would be another three weeks and my temporary is leaking and causing pain so I am forced to go to another dentist who says they can wrap it up in 7 to 10 days. I am very disappointed plus I was being billed almost $1700 for the one crown. No root canal or post or anything special, just a crown. The last visit was so painful, I almost had a nervous breakdown
