AVOID THIS MESS OF A COMPANY

This is one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. They miss over 50% of the pick ups. When I call they never call back, they lie about someone coming out. Screwed up the billing by "posting check to wrong account"

Never credit back for missed pick ups.

Always a different excuse. None very good

I swear this must be run out of someone's house in between episodes of the people's court.

Avoid this company at all costs!!! Their service is terrible. They don't show up when they say and when you call them, they lie to you. I've left 5 messages for the manager, and he is always "in a meeting", etc. Not to mention, their billing is always incorrect, and it is a fight to get it corrected. Save yourself time and a major headache, and find a different company.

I agree with karblake, this is a horrible company!

I was side swiped by a driver in the Aztec waste vehicle, I've made numerous calls & no contact has been made. I'd never want to do buisness with a company who refuses to acknowledge responsibility for their employees & vehicles. Steer clear of this business seems they are shady or have something to hide.I'm being forced to take drastic measures so the cost is going to be higher for them, than if they just faced up to

responsibility. Their name says exactly what their company is a WASTE!

This company does not take responsiblity of their motor vehicles on the highway. If their loads are not tied down and the debris hits a car. The first thing to come out of the companies mouth is that they are not bound by STATE LAW to pay for damages. If you try contacting them, they avoid your call!

Exceptional service. They usually come out before their scheduled time which helps in the construction business. I have been doing business for more than 4 years and service has always been accurate.

This company has owed my business over $600 since Aug 07 for a service NOT PERFORMED! Numerous phone calls (sent to voice mail most of the time) have not helped.
