We called at noon and Miguel Cervantes and Tony were here two hours later (other places couldnt fit us in for 3 days and its late June...hot!) They diagnosed the program quickly, got the parts needed and installed. They were friendly and professional. Highly recommend them.

Five stars !!!!! When my house A/C quit, other local companies scheduled repair dates for some time next week. Ugh. Miguel was able to come to the house & get the system running in about two hours flat. He provided a sound explanation of the problem & what was required to fully fix it - then fixed it the same day. Five stars & thumbs up. I will definitely call these guys next time I need A/C service. Thanks Miguel !!!!

I called Air Experts when I started my AC for the first time this year and it did not cool. He came out within a couple of hours and assessed that the system needed to be replaced which I figured since it was 13yrs old. He was able to pick up the new equipment and install it the next day. He arrived early and stayed late to make sure that the new AC was working properly. He did what he said he would do and was on time which is a rarity these days. Two thumbs up for Miguel and Air Experts.

Miguel was terrific!! Our compressor went out and we had called another company to check it out. The price they quoted was over $1000 more than what Miguel quoted, and I am still waiting on a call back from them to tell me whether or not they can even get the part. Miguel has already installed the new compressor and is gone and the unit is working great. His price also included changing out the freon and some other parts that could have been affected by the compressor going out, and what would have been additional charges from the other company. HIghly recommend, the honesty and professionalism of Miguel Cervantes exceeds any blue collar experience I have utilized in several years. This young man and his company are trendsetters for what the term integrity is all about.

Got off work last night to come home and find AC went out. Initially, I called Jon Wanye and set up an appointment between 10 and 2. Well, at 3:45 no repair guy and no courtesy call that he was running late. I called them to find out what was going on. I was told the tehnician was held up at a previous job and as soon as someone else became available they would send them out. "Don't bother", I said. Now what? I was really upset because I had not slept waiting on him.There was no way I was going to find someone to come out this late in the afternoon. I took a chance and decided to call Southern Comfort after reading all of the great reviews. I'm SO HAPPY I did. Miguel was at my house within the hour. He found and fixed the issue in less then 30 minutes. His price was very reasonable not to mention he was very courteous. He did not even try to sell me anything extra. Imagine that. I will definately call him again if ever I need further repairs. Thanks Miguel, your wonderful !

I would strongly recommend Southern Comfort. If you are looking for a quality, honest company then this is the company for your ac needs. Miguel was upfront and honest. He came on a Sunday afternoon with no overtime charges and did quality work. He had our ac working again in under an hour. He even called later on in the evening to check to see how our ac was working. Cost wise, Southern Comfort was very reasonable when compared to most of the other companies that gave us an estimate. It was a no brainier to use this company. Again, if you are looking for a honest, quality AC repair company I strongl suggest you use Southern Comfort.

This company is excellent. They make sure they have determined all possibilities before charging you for something very expensive. They also have the lowest prices for Freon around. All of the guys who have come to service our ac have been very personable. We also have gotten service within a few hours of calling if not almost immediately. We plan to continue to call Southern Comfort when we have problems.

When my compressor went out at the beginning of labor day weekend, two other AC providers through up their hands and told me I'd be without air for 3 days, until the stores opened. That's when I talked to Miguel at Southern Comfort. Within an hour, Miguel was able to get a store reopened, picked up my part, rearranged his schedule, and arrived at my house to make the repair. In less than an hour, he completed the job in time for me to make it to an out-of-town wedding. I can't say enough about Southern Comfort's service and professionalism. It would have been a miserable weekend without them. Kudos!!!!

Quality service at a GREAT price! I thought I needed a new thermostat but Miguel checked everything out and found it was a bad wire. He changed it out, got my a/c working in no time, and charged a more than fair amount. I had called a few other companies first, got very high estimates and service charge fee's.... Im SO GLAD I kept looking and found Southern Comfort. This is definitely my "go to" company from now on.

What a great guy! I called at 1pm and asked Miguel if he could come out some time this week and figure out why our heater wasn't working. After comparing schedules and seeing that we both had conflicts in a couple of days he told me he would try to come out today or tomorrow. At 3 he called and said that they were on their way over. He found the problem of some loose wires and also found my very old thermostat not working properly. He fixed the wires, installed a new programmable thermostat and checked the system to make sure both the air and heat were working properly. I have found my heating and a/c guy. I found him through the SuperPages and his fantastic reviews. Add my review to the 'Very Satisfied' list .

My a/c stopped working last weekend so I called Southern Comfort first thing monday morning and Miguel was at my house by 11:00 that morning. He found the problem quickly and repaired my a/c at a very affordable price. I know most other repair shops would have charged me at least one hundred dollars more. I was amazed at all these postive reviews but after i used souther comfort i can see why they got so many. Also, he did call back the next day to make sure every thing was running ok. Now that is someone who takes pride in his work.

Miguel is a pretty guy and technician. He came out on time as promised when the other guys said next week or two weeks from now. He also could follow driving directions and he did not take me to the cleaners on the bill. He definietly has my business for now on. Cool Air and John Wayne, you'd better pay attention to this guy!

112 degrees On A Sunday. No less .The hottest day of the year and Miguel not only showed up when promised he did a very good job finding out the problem and then proceeded with a fast but through repair . Good price , Good service and a pleasant personality. I can see why He has so many positive reviews. My positive experience can be added to his ever growing reputation . Thank you!

My AC units had conked out, and I remembered Miguel from the last time I had called him. He was good last time, and I had no hesitation in contacting him again. He came out promptly, and found the source of the problem very quickly and efficiently. He also said that the compressor had gone bad on the other unit and volunteered to call the manufacturer to find out if it was still under warranty. If so, it would not cost me very much. He was courteous and efficient, and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!

First I called John Wayne, but they were all booked up for the day. Not wanting to sleep in 100+ weather I decided to call Southern Comfort. Miguel was close by and arrived on time, after hours. He fixed the air conditioner quickly and charged reasonably. He even called back today to make sure everything was working fine. It was truly a pleasure doing service with Southern Comfort and I would recommend them to anyone!

Friday at 5 p.m., your A/C breaks, what do you do??? Friends coming over, work to be done, and now it's Hades in my house. I call other A/C companies and they say, maybe tomorrow evening at the earliest we can come and take a look, then another day we'll fix it. I called Southern Comfort and the company owner answers and says to me "I'll be there in less than 20 minutes." In a word, AWESOME! They fixed my A/C and actually made it better than when it was new! They left my home at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. And they told me that they would check in with me and inquire in the coming weeks and months to ensure I was still satisfied with their work. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! True Professionals, completely DEPENDABLE, and SKILLED in their profession and FRIENDLINESS! I will never look for another A/C company again. I've found the one that I'm sticking with right here! Southern Comfort, saved my weekend, and made my day. So to them I say, THANK YOU GUYS!

Called at 0930 and had a tech at my door before 1230. Tech was genuinely interested in fixing my unit and not selling me parts or warranties. Work was well performed and timely. One last thing. The owner, Miguel, was the tech. When other technicians who were supposed to meet the appointment, were hung up on a service call (which we all know can happen), Miguel showed up to keep the appointment. Kuddos!
