Kinda cold, they came out and warmed me up for a low price. Technician was great and staff treated me wonderful I will be giving them a call again.

Been using Adams air care for about five years, which my parents referred me too and they have used for alot longer. They have given me great service, same day appts. , very reliable and i would recommend them to anyone. Thankful for there being at least some honest companies now a days.

Guess I'm not the only courtesy call of the day. I have been a customer for over 10 years now and wouldn't have it any other way. Adams has always been there for me in the blistering heat and the freezing cold, I would definitley recommend giving them a call not to mention the savings and wonderful techs and office staff.

Got a courtesy call today from Krystal the ofice manager, very friendly-I have used this company and they were extremely reasonable and on time. Did a good job the first time around now Im on a PMA contract a get my regular check throughout the year at a great rate. Compaired prices and WOWWEE on the savings.

Wonderful prices service and staff, next time need my home needs any A/C or heating repairs I'm giving Adams a call.

Was a customer of Adams Air care for 8+ years, and was very satisfied. Good prices, professional techs. However, in the last 2 years the company has really taken a turn for the worse. They have a very nasty office girl krystal who goes out of her way to be rude. we have two roof units, and a tech installed a new compressor -- without installing the springs / rubber cups where it meets the unit -- causing it to make a loud rattle sound. They have never fixed it.a year later, and we need the same repair on the other roof unit. tech came out and charged us $200+ to do something that did not fix it. A week later, and after calling them every day, the rude office girl is now suggesting that I go up on the roof and identify the unit. Absurd. Sorry to say, pass on Adams Air care. Unless you get David, you will get clueless techs and I guarantee you will get rude office help who never call you back and are very rude. Very sad to see a company self destruct like this.

Technician was very friendly but his "fix" required a second visit and a questionable reason why the system didn't work. 2 weeks later the system broke again and when a second appointment was made, the office staff was very rude and tried to blame the issue on something I had done in the past two weeks. They claimed running the unit in a "bad state" was the cause, except their tech was the one that left it in a "bad state". Wouldn't recommend.

When I Adams Air Care came to my home, it was a lovley summer breeze. I've never had such great service from an A/C & Heating Technician. I trust them in my home with my family and certainly with my ac unit. I recomment Adams Air Care to all of my family and friends I suggest you and your do the same. Thanks and God Bless
