BEWARE: Brian Hudson is a scammer. Prior to living in San Antonio, Brian lived in Scottsdale, Arizona. He promoted his business heavily on Nextdoor touting his being a local in the community and his lifetime guarantee. Numerous neighbors, including myself used his services. His price was a hefty sum, but he talked a good game and seemed to know what he was doing--and came with neighbor recommendations. He did rid us of our immediate roof rat issue and seemed to seal up our home. However, when the rats returned, Brian claimed there was an additional issue--a gap in our roof beam--and would need additional funds to seal that area. Shame on us for being fooled twice! Brian did the additional work and all was quiet again for a bit. But, now our rats are back and Brian has left town and will not return any attempts at communication. I (and others here in Scottsdale) have tried, unsuccessfully, to reach him regarding our "warranties" but to no avail. If he were truly reputable, he would return calls, arrange a time to make a trip to Scottsdale and honor his warranty by resealing needed areas of our homes. But, as stated, he has not returned any correspondence nor made any attempt to honor his words.

I highly suggest you not use AA Hudson Rodent Control for you pest elimination needs. Regardless of the song and dance story Brian tries to sell you, just know that he will likely collect all the money there is to be gotten in your town and then pick up and move again to another flush community ripe for the pocket-picking.
