Does UPS not deliver to your door anymore???? I had a package being sent with tracked #, I checked last night around 8 p.m. Showing out for delivery, This morning it showed delivered. After checking on carport and in garage I went to the mail box and found it. We were in business for over 20 years. The drivers always came up the drive and picked up or delivered. No problems. The last two items we have ordered delivered by Ups has been a problem. First one was left at road, Now this one in the mailbox. I think the driver's name is Acebedo.

I wish that from now on that UPS delivery drivers would place any package on our deck, not in our mailbox. I am missing a package that was delivered September 17th and here it is the 22nd. I have been waiting for this package. I am not happy with this service at all. Pay attention to the numbers on the MAILBOX according the correct address on the PACKAGE. This package I was waiting for was not cheap, thanks UPS! If there was another alternative for package deliveries I would use them.

We just had a delivery last night and my husband found the package outside the front gate this morning and we both are very upset with you people in doing it this way. You should have the courteous of setting it on the front porch and not outside the gate so on coming traffic can get it or someone that is walking by can take it. Please in the future tell your people to take it inside the gate and by the door. Thank you
