Trends is a dirty store with sales people that try to pass floor samples as new furniture. I had just bought a thousand dollar couch, come to find out I get it to my place and its not a good fit. I sits over the wknd and I go back to ask if I can return it. I recieve a quick no, then I ask if I can exchange it. No once again. When I bought the couch, I thought it was going to be new. It was the floor model. When it wasnt right asked to return/exchange, recieved a snobby no. Because it was now considers used. This place is terrible and sales lady is distastful and a snob. I will never buy furniture from this place again and will make it my cont. effort to inform everybody I can from ever even stepping foot in this dirty store.

We have been very pleased with Trend. Kristie is a wonderful designer. Lillian has assisted us many times professionally, in our selections. I recommend Trends Furniture.

The owners seem to be nice friendly people, however when it came time to select a fabric for a custom made recliner I was very disappointed. The salesman recommended a fabric that was very pretty, little did I know it was RAYON..which cannot be cleaned. After several water spots appeared on the recliner I contacted the furniture store and asked how to remove the spots, they didn't have a clue, knew no one here in town that cleaned furniture. I found that very odd. Later on I found a company who cleaned furniture, called them and was told Rayon could not be cleaned, said it was a inexpensive fabric used by some furniture manufactures, it seemed to be easy to work with as to wrapping around the furniture nicely. I now have a 1,200 dollar recliner with spots that cannot be removed. I wasted money and now willl have to buy another recliner and it will not be made from RAYON. These people at Trend should have known better than suggest this type of fabric especially for a recliner.

I had the opposite experience from the poor reviewer above. After seeing torn up and dirty furniture at the "chain" store we stopped in Trend and were shocked at how professional our salesperson treated us. We found just want we wanted and even learned about steel frame recliners with lifetime warranties. Yes we bought one! I can't be happier with Trend Furniture...and the free delivery is just icing on the cake.

One word Trend. Bravo! Brilliant customer service.

After shopping everywhere dealing with a local company was a fresh experince. They treated the customer much better instead of being treated without care from chain stores. Will go back for all my furniture needs.

Wonderful service and much better value than other stores. Owners definatley payed attention to my needs and worked with my budget. Really taught me what to look for in furniture.

I will never go there again. A total ripoff. Tries to sell floor samples as new. Floor samples are dirty and worn and wants full price. Much cheaper and neater at furniture row. I found chairs there for half of the price as Trend. Read the back of the receipt first, no refunds, all sales final no matter what is wrong with it. You lose all your money if something is wrong. Even if his delivery people mess it up, no refunds. This guy will rip you off and furniture is not name brand.
