- Oil ChangeRoutine oil changes are some of the most important maintenance tasks your vehicle needs. Oil changes maintain engine health. When you don’t change the oil, impurities and debris cause the oil to thicken and turn into sludge. This sludge cannot effectively cool your engine and can potentially cause permanent damage.
- Engine Tune-UpWith an engine tune-up, a technician will inspect your engine and replace or repair any components that need it. A full comprehensive tune-up covers a wide range of vehicle parts...

- Tire RotationAnother important maintenance step is regular tire rotations. Tire rotations ensure your tires are wearing down evenly. Without routine tire rotations, the uneven wear on your tires will lead to sooner-than-necessary replacement.
- Tire RepairWhether you are in the market for tire repair or replacement, our Certified Service experts can handle all of your tire needs. Use our Tire Finder Tool to start shopping for tires – simply enter your vehicle's year, make, model, and tire size. Not sure about your tire size? It's the combination of letters and numbers located on the side of your tire. Once you've selected the right set, schedule an appointment at Mitchell Buick-GMC.
- Wheel AlignmentProper wheel alignment is key to prolonging the life of your tires. If your vehicle is misaligned, it can cause your tires to wear unevenly, and you may experience handling problems such as pulling or abnormal vibration.
- Tire ReplacementThere are many factors that can cause tire wear, such as your driving style and tire maintenance habits. Tire replacement is absolutely needed when the tread wear indicators appear. Built-in tread wear indicators look like narrow strips of smooth rubber across the tread and become visible as the tire surface wears.
- Tire ServiceMy truck, a 2015 Silverado, was in for some insurance work to change out the infotainment centers computer that stopped working due to my passenger side airbag deployed (hit a deer). The screen was still back lit so it had power, and my back up camera still functioned in reverse, I was told 1-2 days for replacement. Fast forward 2 and a half weeks. The truck is still at the service center because the technicians are incompetent and needed to involve an “unresponsive master tech at GM” I was told by the service manager that my truck was “needs more work than it’s worth”. Mind you outside of a 2” leveling kit and some wheels and tires my truck is unmodified and 100% stock. I eventually get a call that the truck is ready, and arrive @ 830-9 the following morning to pick it up, (thankfully I have good friends to get me to and from work for 2 1/2 weeks.) Well the center console USB ports(2) and the SD slot, don’t work. They never checked for functionality of the entire system.... So needless to say I left without the truck and a “few more days of work”. Truck is there 3-4 more days as it took over 48hrs to install new wires and I work 48on/48off so again I came after work. Once at the dealership again the trucks infotainment center seems to work as it did before the air bag deployment. 2 days later the screen goes black and now NOTHING works no backup camera, no screen back light. So I contact the dealer and I’m told they warranty the work and to bring it back and they’ll “look at it” I was on my way to work, so I’ll bring it back when I’m off, after work I get in the truck and the infotainment center comes on and works normal, I take it to the dealership anyways and I’m told “they can’t do anything unless it’s malfunctioning at the time” as I begin to drive off the screen shuts off again. (From experience I know it’s more than likely a bad ground) I leave it there and the service manager tells me “it’s not covered under the 2 year warranty for the work the performed because they only replaced the hdmi cable, main computer, microphone, and usb cables. A ground issue is a new problem, and it will likely cost you thousands” I pulled the schematics for the infotainment center for my truck and it’s 15 wires...all the door speakers included... how is this dealership so incompetent and the service manager have such horrid customer service? I left with my truck and live with the problem, the screen goes on and off still from time to time, but I’m not “paying thousands” to fix shotty work performed by a dealership that won’t honor there 2 year warranty on work preformed.
