Esparanza Dentist is not located on Beauregard. Its located on 31st street. They do walk-ins and emergency case. But only one a day. They say Monday, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Two Mondays in a row I waited in line out side. Cause its first come first serve. The first Monday they said they were not taking in walk-ins, because there dentist was leaving early, and the other Monday they were short handed. So i was not seen again. Tuesday and Wednesday of the first week I was not the first one in line so i was not seen. So the following Monday i made sure to be up there at 6:30 am so i would be the first on in line. After waiting in the cold for an hour, They opened the doors at 7:30am . So i waited another 30 min in the lobby till they opened the window at 8:00am. To find out that they were short handed and would not be seeing any walk-ins today. They said try again tomorrow. The will not allow you to make any appointments. So I find there business to be very poorly ran.
