After experiencing other apartment, I realized this apartment management people are the most friendly and caring people in San Angelo. They will surely do their best, and will help all they can do about. I lived here when I went to ASU, and I was satisfied with the close distance from school. I graduated from school, and left there after living about a year, I miss the manager, Rebecca.

I am very satisfied with living here. I lived in here from June of last year, and the management here is VERY good. The manager, Rebecca does her job really good, makes sure everything is right, and she will really listen to you. The maintenance people are real friendly and they will fix everything more than likely on that day or the day after. I think the floor plan is not very nice and it is an old apartment (even if they renovated so it looks very clean, it is still true that the floor plan looks like old fashioned), but overall they maintain everything well, and they will take care of bug problems and everything. For some reason, in my apartment, AT&T service is very bad (AT&T claims that they have "good" service, not true..), so I had to change the cell phone carrier. (In my apartment building, Verizon and Tmobile were alright.) Overall, I am pretty satisfied and recommend this apartment to others, mainly because of the management.

The staff are ok, but they are currently doing construction on my building and the workers are rude and turn the volume of their radio up loud enough so that they can hear over the loud machinery at 8am every morning. They have also come into my apartment when I am not home to replace my door and moved a table and things off my walls and didn't even put them back. The maintenance are also rude and act like I don't know what I am talking about when something needs repairing. The electricity in my kitchen is off as I write this review and I have been calling the maintenance number for nearly 3 hours now...and no answer. I get relatively little sleep (construction), don't feel safe here (they forgot to put the dead bolt on the new door) and am not able to eat dinner at home (no electricity)- all for an affordable rate of $575.
