I suggested Fuentes to my husband & son for our valentines day dinner after my job had a dinner catered with them. We wanted to beat the rush so we decided to go the night before. The food was excellent, but the service is something to be desired. Our waitress got my drink order wrong and gave my son an adult portion instead of a childs. The bartender was down right rude with my husband acting as if he was disturbing her when he inquired about the drinks on tap. When I got the check I was surprised to see the adult price charged for my 8 yr olds meal. I decided to double check the price before I brought it to the attention of the cashier. The cashier asked if my son ate his meal, "yes" I answered. Which she replys, "the adult portion is much bigger, the childs plate comes with beans and rice, and since he ate it, I can't change the price." How was I to know this when it was our first visit? I will not be returning based on lack of customer service alone.
