I had the misfortunate of having Ward Engineering Group as my engineers for a home that was designed several years ago. We got through plan check, only to find out during construction that a number of HUGE mistakes were made. Things were designed that literally CANNOT be built. There were issues with poor communication between Ward and the architects, where Ward changed details but never told the architects.
When we brought these items up later to Sattar, his response was "we got you through plan check, we don't need to do anything else."
Basically, they abandoned us. So now we are on our own, having to figure out how to fix Ward's mistakes, and paying another engineer to redo their sloppy work.
I would never use, nor recommend Ward Engineering.
