Operational since 1987, Valley Mental Health is a nonprofit organization that serves individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues. The organization offers 24-hour crisis care, psychotropic medication management, psychosocial rehabilitation and forensic services. It provides community support, case management and consulting solutions. Valley Mental Health serves Salt Lake, Summit and Tooele counties in Utah. Its community support services include in-home assistance and respite care. The organization operates a children unit, as well as supports children with autism.
