Our History Utah Endocrinology Associates, PLLC was founded in 2008 by Dr. Alireza Falahati who was in practice as an Endocrinologist since 2001 at St. Markâ??s Hospital. In 2009 Dr. Falahati moved the practice into his own medical building. The new clinic is comprised of 8200 square feet, 16 exam rooms, bone density machine (DXA Scan), thyroid Ultrasound machine and much more. Our Staff Our team is comprised of highly qualified, knowledgeable, and friendly individuals who continuously strive to provide the best possible health care to our patients.
