The Mission of Project Analysts: Project Analysts is a unique multi-disciplined construction consulting group specializing in the administration of contracts and the dispute resolution process. Project Analysts operates on a national, and selected international, basis. Project Analysts provides real time consulting during project performance and provides claim and litigation support and expert witness testimony concerning contract and construction matters. Project Analysts, created in 1980, consists of construction executives, engineers, and management professionals. It provides comprehensive support services to the construction industry. Project Analysts is experienced in all classes of construction, including power generation (nuclear, fossil fired, hydro-electric, and geothermal), power transmission, semiconductor fabrication facilities, airports, industrial facilities of various types, civil projects (including dams, bridges, highways, and railroads), mining, sewage/waste water plants, clearing and restoration, utilities, pipelines, fiber optics, building structures, hospitals, malls, schools, churches, housing, court houses, detention centers, riverboats, casinos, stadiums, as well as, environmental projects.
