We bought 3 trucks there even we could have gotten some where else these T680 for way less.

We decided to go with them because we where sold on the warranty.
All three Trucks after pickup had to go to the shop within the first 600 miles.
Down time one week in average i don't have to mention how much money we lost because of that.
Every time we went to a Kenworth dealer we where told that we have no warranty and
we had to pull teeth so the extended warranty we purchase would be honored.

The sales person told us that everything is covered including towing the warranty
was not cheap by any means after multiple brake downs we had to find out that
the warranty is very limited and even the towing which was supposed to be warrantied
for one year was nothing but a sales tactic i call this "switch and bait".

I can clearly state that these trucks we pruchased have not been
properly check before delivery "Pre Owned Certified Trucks really?"

We where in the process of buying more trucks from this outfit but due too our
experience over the last 5 month we rather bring our business somewhere else.

I would highly recommend to give the paperwork to an attorney before purchase
or you will end up like us with a big surprise and ten thousands of dollars lost.

I guess these days you can not even trust a large outfit like that more than
a mom and pop truck dealer across the street. Honesty and integrity is hard
to find these days. We would not recommend to purchase a truck from Paccar Financial Truck Center.
