I have been going to this KFC location for several years, primarily because it is near my home, but in all of that time, I do not think they have EVER got the order right. They simply don't seem to listen or care. They consistently get the order wrong, or leave out items, or more often than not are out of chicken (imagine!). The service was so bad I once complained to their national headquarters and was sent a complimentary coupon for a bucket of chicken. I took the coupon to this location and -- you guessed it -- they got the order wrong! Perhaps it is time for new management.
